The Sr. Mobile Diesel & Trailer Mechanic role focuses on licensed DOT inspections, preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and on-site repairs. Candidates should have HS diploma with relevant experience and hold DOT certification or be able to obtain it.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ related field experience or equivalent.
• Must be able to obtain DOT medical card and pass background checks.
• Experience with heavy-duty vehicles and trailers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled PM and DOT inspections on light, medium and heavy-duty vehicles in mobile/field setting.
• Conduct diagnostics and repairs on electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Operate and document work using company TRAIT app and repair orders.
• Coordinate with customers and management to ensure timely repairs and approvals.
