Job summary

Cox Fleet in Salem, MA is hiring a Mobile Diesel Technician II to perform licensed DOT inspections, preventative maintenance and complex repairs on light to heavy trucks and trailers. You’ll diagnose, adjust and repair electrical, hydraulic, and engine systems, and document all findings on RO using company TRAIT app on an iOS device.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years in the field, ASE certifications preferred, and a valid DOT medical card.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; related field experience OK.

Responsibilities

• Perform DOT inspections and preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Maintain service vehicle and complete documentation on RO using iOS device.
