Job summary

Cox Fleet is seeking a Sr. Mobile Diesel Technician to perform DOT inspections, preventative maintenance, and complex repairs in a mobile field setting. You will diagnose electrical, hydraulic, and engine systems, test and road-test equipment, and coordinate with customers and management.

This role requires independent scheduling, safety compliance, and strong diagnostic skills. Health benefits and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Know and apply DOT/FMCSA regulations and safety guidelines.
• Demonstrate ability to diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Possess tools to perform preventive maintenance and on-site repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform PMs, DOT inspections, and repairs on light to heavy-duty vehicles in mobile/field settings.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, brake, cooling, and engine systems on trucks and trailers.
• Document work thoroughly on RO via TRAIT app and upload photos.
