Job summary

Cox Fleet, a leading mobile maintenance provider, seeks a Sr. Mobile Diesel Technician to perform licensed DOT inspections, PMs, and advanced repairs on a mobile service fleet. The role requires handling electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical diagnostics in a field setting.

The position emphasizes independent scheduling, safety compliance, and delivering high-quality service with strong diagnostic skills. Training and career progression are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with related experience.
• Able to perform physically demanding labor and use hand tools.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulatory requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and DOT inspections on light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles in mobile environment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and cooling systems.
• Document work performed and parts used on RO in company TRAIT app.
