Job summary

Cox Fleet, a leader in on-site mobile maintenance for fleets nationwide, seeks a Sr Mobile Diesel Technician DOT. You will perform DOT inspections, PMs and advanced mechanical diagnostics in a field/mobile environment, serving customers across regions.

The role requires DOT compliance, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to manage parts and documentation. A company-issued vehicle and training support are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; related field/experience acceptable.
• Must independently manage daily schedule and parts inventory.
• DOT inspections and PMs required; experience with heavy trucks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled PM and DOT inspections on light, medium and heavy-duty vehicles in mobile/field settings.
• Diagnose, repair and test electrical, braking, cooling and engine systems.
• Document work orders and parts used using company iOS TRAIT app.
