Job summary

ICEYE is seeking a Missions Program Manager to lead end-to-end Satellite Mission programs from inception to delivery. You will coordinate engineering, product, operations and commercial teams while maintaining close customer relationships and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery in a dynamic, global context.

The role requires 5–10 years of complex program leadership, strong governance, and the ability to obtain Swedish security clearance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience (5–10 years) managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, product, operations and commercial.
• Strong program planning, execution, and governance (scope, schedule, budget, risk).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent in Swedish and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Satellite Mission programs on time, within budget, and to agreed performance standards.
• Build and maintain trusted customer relationships as the primary interface during execution.
• Create and drive clear program plans with scope, milestones, resources, and financials.
• Identify, manage, and resolve risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Orchestrate cross-functional execution across engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams.
• Support scalable program management practices to improve delivery reliability.
• Establish reporting structures and ensure timely, accurate information flow to leadership.
