Job summary

ICEYE is seeking a Missions Sales Director to lead sovereign satellite and ISR mission sales to government customers in the Nordics, while working remotely. You will own the full sales cycle from identifying and shaping opportunities to closing multi-year, multi-year deals, building trusted relationships with governments and defence organisations to expand ICEYE’s sovereign capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of strategic sales or business development experience in aerospace, defence, space, ISR, earth observation, or related government technology.
• Proven ability to manage complex government deals and long sales cycles.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with government customers and defence organisations.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive regional revenue growth for ICEYE Missions in the Nordics.
• Identify, shape, qualify, and close sovereign satellite and ISR opportunities with government customers.
• Build trusted relationships with government stakeholders and key decision-makers.
• Develop and manage a qualified sales pipeline with capture plans and forecasts.
• Lead complex sales processes, including proposals and commercial positioning.
• Collaborate with ICEYE’s Missions and Data lines to align needs and delivery.
• Represent ICEYE in market through meetings and industry events.
