Job summary

ICEYE seeks a Program Director - Germany to define and lead the Missions delivery capability in Germany. You will own the full lifecycle from contract strategy to delivery and renewal, shaping customer relationships with defense and intelligence clients.

This role requires coordinating across engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams and involves regular travel within the region. You will help ICEYE become the leading provider of sovereign, turnkey ISR missions, building the team,

Qualifications

10+ years leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
Experience in space/defense/national security sectors.
Leadership of international, matrixed teams.
Fluent in German and English; security clearance capability.

Responsibilities

Deliver satellite mission programs on schedule and within budget.
Establish trusted, senior partnerships with German defense and intelligence customers.
Scale the Missions delivery model in Germany with team, processes, tooling and KPIs.
Identify renewal, expansion and new mission opportunities with Sales and Product.
Own strategic risks and escalations to protect ICEYE relationships.
Drive governance, planning, financial control, and performance at scale.
Provide timely visibility into program status for all stakeholders.
