Job summary

JE Dunn Construction in Clarksville, TN is seeking a Superintendent 1 to plan, manage and execute all aspects of assigned projects on site. You will supervise material, equipment, staff and subcontractors to meet project goals safely and on time.

This role requires strong communication, coordination and problem-solving, with opportunities for career progression within the Superintendent family and the Advanced Facilities Group's portfolio of data centers, industrial, and mission-critical

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• 3+ years construction experience.
• 1+ years field supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture on site and mentors staff.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversees company staff, subcontractors, suppliers and QA/QC.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates and manages the care, custody and control of the project site.
• Leads various meetings including daily standup and weekly trade meetings.
