Job summary

GHD is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex mining projects across the full lifecycle. You will manage multidisciplinary teams including environmental, geotechnical, permitting, and construction professionals, while nurturing client relationships and supporting growth in the US mining market.

The role requires strong project management, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to coordinate across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science is required.
• 10+ years of consulting experience for mining clients is required.
• 5+ years' experience managing environmental, infrastructure, reclamation and/or closure projects.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, forecasts and contractual requirements.
• Professional registration (PE, PG) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery of complex mining projects across planning to completion.
• Manage client relationships and support business development activities.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, invoicing and change management.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure safety and quality goals.
• Travel to client sites as required and mentor junior staff.
