Job summary

MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead multi-craft mining EPC projects up to $100M. You will oversee safety, quality, and project controls while guiding engineering teams, JV partners, and suppliers.

Travel and relocation to sites are required. The role demands a thorough understanding of industry codes, strong client interaction, and the ability to drive schedule, cost control, and change management across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and construction management.
• Ten years of field experience in mining/aggregate operations.
• Experience with MSHA safety standards and accident prevention programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage entire site management team including Construction Manager and Safety Manager.
• Represent the company professionally in all client interactions and communications.
• Coordinate with client, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors on project issues.
• Champion the site safety plan and lead safety reviews and toolbox talks.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust project controls, productivity metrics, and schedules.
• Review submittals, change orders, and procurement; manage cost forecasting and budgeting.
• Provide field support, supervise subcontractors, and ensure timely documentation.
