Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. in Denver, CO, is seeking an experienced Mine Technical Services Manager to lead North American resource geology, mining (open pit and underground), advisory services, and mineral processing teams across projects from concept to feasibility.

You will drive multi-disciplinary work, lead business development with key clients, and mentor staff while collaborating with sector leaders to deliver technical and economic solutions. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Mining study and technical services leadership experience.
• Experience leading and developing high performing teams.
• Ability to sign off as competent person for NI43-101/JORC/SEC reporting.
• 20+ years of relevant study, project or program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct teams in mining studies from high-level studies to feasibility.
• Engage in business development with key clients and external relationships.
• Interact with clients and stakeholders on technical issues.
• Mentor junior staff and support hiring activities.
• Travel domestically and internationally (~10%).
