Job summary

Stantec in the United States is seeking an experienced Mine Technical Services Manager for a Western US role, based in one of our Western offices. You will lead the North American geology, mining (open pit and underground), advisory services, and mineral processing teams.

This senior position requires a broad mining background across exploration through post-closure, strong leadership, and the ability to drive business development and client relationships. Travel ~10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Mining Study and Technical Services leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and develop high performing teams.
• Strong collaboration with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a multi-disciplinary team of mining professionals.
• Engage in business development and client relationships.
• Oversee study management and quality assurance across projects.
• Travel approximately 10% to client sites or Stantec offices.
