The role focuses on acquiring new business, deepening relationships, and delivering tailored banking solutions within the Institutional Client Group. The position requires 10+ years in banking, strong financial acumen, and the ability to structure credit facilities that support growth and liquidity.

Qualifications

• BA or MBA in finance, accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.
• FINRA SIE and Series 63/79 licenses required or to be obtained within 180 days of hire.
• 10+ years of banking experience and strong relationship-management capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a large, complex commercial banking portfolio in Texas.
• Drive new client acquisition and deepen existing relationships to expand revenue.
• Develop a robust self-sourced sales pipeline through disciplined prospecting and outreach.
• Provide strategic financial guidance and integrated banking solutions.
• Approives loans within delegated authority while maintaining credit quality.
• Underwrite and structure credit transactions across multiple financing needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-centric solutions.
• Demonstrate leadership and accountability to maintain a high performing portfolio.
• Understand clients' operating environments and growth objectives.
• Monitor portfolio performance using data and financial metrics.
