The position requires 8+ years of banking experience, advanced degrees or equivalent, and FINRA licenses.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of banking experience.
• BA/MBA in finance, accounting, or related field, or equivalent.
• FINRA SIE, Series 63, Series 79 (within 180 days if not held).
• Proven leadership and strategic management abilities.
• Strong relationship management and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a large, complex commercial banking portfolio, driving profitability, revenue growth, and risk-adjusted returns.
• Develop, cultivate, and deepen client relationships by identifying opportunities to acquire new business and expand wallet share.
• Generate a robust sales pipeline through disciplined prospecting and client outreach.
• Provide strategic financial guidance and deliver tailored banking solutions.
• Approve loans within delegated authority while maintaining credit quality.
• Underwrite and monitor credit transactions with sound risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Lead and foster a client-centric culture across interactions.
