Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of commercial banking experience preferred, including credit analysis/portfolio management for middle market & corporate clients.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services, industry trends, and financial acumen to assess client needs.
• Formal credit training or commensurate underwriting experience is critical.
• Self-starter with persistence and goal orientation.
• Ability to exceed calling metrics and production goals.
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
• Sense of urgency balanced with risk appetite adherence.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly organized with strong time management and priority handling.
• Proactive in community outreach and involvement.
