Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Proven ability to solicit, sell, develop, service, and structure a wide range of commercial financings including complex transactions.
• Strong credit and negotiating skills with independent thinking and self-starting attitude.
• Highly skilled in financial modeling and structuring credit in modeling environments.
• Formal commercial credit training preferred.
• Ability to assess business risk considering capital structures and industry nuances.
• Experience leading deal teams with product partners to deliver value-added solutions.
• Excellent communication to influence and gain commitment from clients.

Responsibilities

• Originate, monitor and grow middle market banking relationships with senior management and investment banking partners.
• Drive credit underwriting, modeling, portfolio monitoring and risk management duties.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers on pricing, revenue growth, cross-sell and profitability.
• Maintain a portfolio compliant with credit policies and regulatory requirements.
• Interact with clients to understand needs and maintain strong client relationships.
