The ideal candidate combines strong business development, financial acumen, and leadership to manage risk, oversee client relationships, and collaborate with credit and portfolio teams for integrated client

Qualifications

• Experience serving companies with revenues from $50M to $1B.
• Strong leadership and strategic management abilities.
• Proven business-development and relationship-management skills.
• FINRA SIE, Series 63 and Series 79 (or ability to obtain within 180 days).

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a large, complex commercial banking portfolio; drive profitability and risk-adjusted returns.
• Develop, cultivate and deepen client relationships; identify opportunities to acquire and retain business.
• Generate a high-quality, self-sourced sales pipeline through disciplined prospecting.
• Serve as trusted advisor by providing strategic financial guidance and tailored solutions.
• Approve loans within delegated authority and maintain portfolio credit quality.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
