TD Bank is seeking a Middle Market Senior Relationship Manager in Coral Gables, FL. You will drive external sales and manage a portfolio of commercial clients, cross-selling TD's lending, treasury, capital markets and other financial solutions.

You will lead strategic growth, build a network of referral sources, and mentor junior RMs while ensuring high-quality client service and compliance across the TD platform.

Formación

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years related experience
• In-depth understanding of commercial industry, business development techniques and credit decisions
• Proven business development track record, with proven ability to conceptualize and implement effective new business strategies
• Extensive network of outside referral sources for new business
• Excellent credit and financial analysis skills
• Refined negotiation skills
• Proven communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven PC skills
• Demonstrated experience in Commercial & Industrial, Divestitures, Mergers & Acquisition loans
• Demonstrated experience in syndicated loans

Responsabilidades

• Develop long and short-term strategic plans to increase market share and growth
• Develop new business with prospects with large credit needs
• Maintain or establish large portfolio segments for growth in loans, deposits and fees
• Lead calls and invite junior RM to participate for development
• Coach and mentor less experienced RM
• Participate in sales calls and gather financial information
• Negotiate terms within credit decision parameters and finalize loan agreements
• Contribute to loan decision process based on credit risk
• Assist in issue resolution and support banks' credit/partners
• Develop retention plans for deposits and loans in the territory
• Generate referrals to internal and external partners
• Meet internal referral sources regularly to build relationships
• Develop knowledge of TD products and services including policy and regulatory requirements
• Engage with centers of influence and community leaders
• Participate in CRA initiatives and networking events
• Prepare and submit reports on loan activity
