Strong database knowledge – SQL/Sybase/Oracle

Informatica tool for logs and reports

Basic programming languages knowledge – JAVA or C++

Knowledge of the Financial Services Industry

IT support experience & knowledge of Middle Office systems

Knowledge of scheduling tools – Autosys

Functional/technical support experience in investment banking

Monitoring software experience

Experience using Remedy or Service Now

ITIL standards experience

Hands-on support knowledge of middleware tools (MQ, Tibco)
