• 6+ years P&C multiline commercial underwriting experience.
• AU/CIC/CPCU designations preferred.

• Manage underwriting and pricing for assigned territory to achieve profit and retention goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key agency partners.
• Acquire and retain profitable accounts.
• Apply sound underwriting practices in accordance with company policies.
• Serve as a technical underwriting resource and subject matter expert.
• Mentor and guide underwriting team members.
• Develop and deliver underwriting training programs.
