Responsibilities

• Partner with Product leadership and key stakeholders to support the development, maintenance, and execution of the Middle Market and Large Account business strategy.
• Monitor and manage the performance of the Middle Market and Large portfolio through OKRs, analyzing results and recommending tactics.
• Collaborate with FAO to enhance dashboard capabilities for granular measurement of outcomes and performance.
• Drive profitable premium growth by collaborating with SBUs and Lines of Business to enhance offerings and identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with Regions, Corporate Underwriting, Product, and other departments to align underwriting guidance with automated decisions and pricing refinements.
• Engage with Claims, Premium Audit, Risk Management, and other teams to gather feedback and train employees and agents.
• Identify opportunities for AI solutions within underwriting processes and support implementation.
• Contribute insights to the Competitive Intelligence team on market opportunities.
• Build relationships with regional personnel and agents to enable business support and customer service.
• Participate in industry events to stay informed of marketplace trends and align strategies
