Job summary

Microsoft 365 Administrator role based in Columbus, OH (Hybrid) with direct hire status. Senior-level IC responsible for platform ownership, governance, security, and tenant health across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Collaboration with IT Security, Application Services, Data Platform teams, and MSPs is essential. The candidate will oversee licensing, capacity planning, feature enablement, and adoptions of new capabilities, including Purview, Syntex, Copilot, and Power Platform integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration in medium to large enterprises.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale tenants and migrations.
• Healthcare or regulated environments familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own configuration, monitoring, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services.
• Lead identity and access management with Entra ID, MFA, RBAC, SSO.
• Oversee security controls, DLP, and governance with Purview; ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with MSPs and internal teams; manage licensing and features.
• Drive automation with PowerShell and document runbooks.
