Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer with deep Microsoft 365 expertise to lead the engineering, administration, support, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Entra ID, Purview, Copilot, and related security platforms.

This position serves as the Tier 3 escalation point and partners with infrastructure, security, and application teams to improve governance, stability, and user experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Microsoft infrastructure or Microsoft 365 engineering.
• Hands-on admin of Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Purview, Defender for Microsoft 365, Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 support for Microsoft 365 services.
• Administer Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Purview, Defender, Copilot, Viva.
• Support Exchange Online and Hybrid environments, mail flow, connectors.
• Manage Copilot licensing, policies, adoption, and troubleshooting.
• Support Dynamics 365, Graph, Power Platform, and SaaS integrations.
• Manage multi-tenant environments and cross-tenant collaboration.
• Develop PowerShell automation and Graph solutions.
• Configure CA, DLP, retention, sensitivity labels, eDiscovery, Purview, Defender.
• Perform root cause analysis and create documentation.
• Partner with Infra, Security, Ops, and App teams.
• Drive governance and modernization of the Microsoft 365 env.
