Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience (or commensurate experience).
• Clearance Required: Ability to maintain a public trust clearance.
• ITIL experience preferred.
• Microsoft Certifications preferred.
• SharePoint Online administration experience.
• Data governance and retention within Microsoft Purview.

Responsibilities

• Microsoft Tenant Subscription management.
• Intune enrollment and management.
• Exchange Online management.
• Entra ID (Azure AD) administration and synchronization.
• Single Sign-On and MFA integration.
• RBAC creation and maintenance.
• Write and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts for bulk actions.
