Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise Microsoft technologies.
- 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Advanced expertise in Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Purview.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Purview Compliance Portal, eDiscovery, and information protection controls.
- Experience with Mail flow, audit logs, and hybrid connectivity issues.
- Expert-level PowerShell scripting and automation tasks.
- Experience with Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, and automation frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the highest level of technical escalation for Microsoft 365 incidents and requests.
- Provide SME across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Purview.
- Lead root-cause analysis for complex platform issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, compliance, and networking teams to resolve issues.
- Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable Microsoft 365 services.
- Manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID integrations.
- Evaluate and adopt new Microsoft 365 capabilities and security controls.
- Coordinate Entra ID architecture, authentication, and conditional access.
