Job summary

Winston Taylor in Illinois is seeking a Senior Collaboration Engineer to own the performance and security of the Microsoft 365 collaboration services. You will lead service improvements and coordinate with the Network Operations Center, Information Risk, and Identity teams to ensure a stable, high-performing collaboration platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in IT/CS.
• 7+ years administering Microsoft 365 collaboration services.
• Hands-on experience with email security and mail hygiene practices.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 service changes and documenting procedures.
• Proficiency with PowerShell, Power Platform, and automation tools.
• Familiarity with data-driven optimization and end-user experience improvements.
• Experience designing Power BI dashboards and data pipelines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own health, performance, and reliability of Microsoft 365 collaboration services.
• Manage and improve mail flow security controls for stable operations.
• Lead root cause analysis and sustainable remediation.
• End-to-end management of Microsoft 365 service changes.
• Collaborate with NOC and Information Risk teams to improve service quality.
• Mentor teammates and improve operational documentation and processes.
• Drive adoption of new features in line with standards.
