This role requires hands-on leadership, escalation management, data-driven optimization, Power BI dashboard work, and mentoring colleagues to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT or CS.
• 7+ years administering Microsoft 365 collaboration services with security/compliance focus.
• Hands-on email flow security, spam controls, and mail hygiene expertise.
• Experience with PowerShell/Power Platform/Azure Automation for admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own health, performance, and reliability of M365 collaboration services.
• Lead mail flow security controls and stable operations.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes.
• Manage end-to-end M365 service changes with planning and execution.
• Collaborate with NOC to reduce recurring issues and improve quality.
• Partner with Information Risk, Identity, and Information Governance teams.
• Evaluate and adopt new features aligned with standards.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex issues and guide resolutions.
• Improve documentation, processes, and service quality practices.
• Mentor teammates and provide technical guidance daily.
