Qualifications

• Experience using PowerShell, Power Platform, or Azure Automation to automate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Support mail flow security operations and policy applications.
• Assist NOC in issue identification and root cause analysis.
• Execute 365 service changes per change management processes.
• Help implement email security controls with Information Risk.
• Assist Identity and Information Governance with user lifecycle and data retention.
• Support Copilot deployment and adoption for collaboration.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
