Job summary

Winston Taylor seeks a Collaboration Engineer to administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive and SharePoint. You’ll work with NOC, Information Risk, and Identity teams to ensure reliable service delivery and user experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of M365 experience, strong documentation skills, and a proactive approach to security, data retention, and governance within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Qualifications

• > Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• "> 2+ years experience administering Microsoft 365 collaboration services (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and related security/compliance.
• "> Experience supporting M365 service changes, troubleshooting, and creating clear operational docs.
• "> Experience using PowerShell and Power Platform to automate admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• > Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 collaboration services (Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• "> Support mail flow security operations, monitoring and policy application.
• "> Assist NOC in identifying recurring issues and contribute to root cause analysis.
• "> Execute M365 service changes per change management processes.
• "> Support Information Risk with email security controls and policies.
• "> Assist Identity and Information Governance with user lifecycle and data retention.
• "> Support Copilot implementation and adoption for collaboration.
• "> Troubleshoot routine to moderately complex issues and document procedures.
• "> Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement.
