Job summary

Littler, the world's largest employment and labor law firm, seeks a Modern Workplace Adoption Sr. Analyst in Kansas City. This hybrid role partners with IT, training, and business stakeholders to drive adoption of Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled tools across the firm.

You will design change management plans, develop training materials, and track adoption KPIs to deliver measurable business value. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in digital workplace adoption and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in IT change management or digital workplace enablement.
• Strong MS 365 knowledge and user adoption experience.
• Experience creating user-facing guidance and training materials.
• Ability to translate technical changes into business value.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute change management plans for tool rollouts and AI features.
• Develop curricula, guides, videos, and self-service learning paths.
• Coordinate adoption activities and support training and communications.
• Define and report adoption KPIs and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with IT, security, governance on rollout readiness.
