Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive Microsoft 365 adoption and user enablement initiatives. The role focuses on engaging users, delivering training, and creating knowledge resources to boost productivity across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will coordinate user communities, develop materials, and partner with stakeholders to tailor adoption strategies. This hybrid role includes responsibility for tracking adoption metrics and communicating

Qualifications

Experience supporting Microsoft 365 adoption, enablement, or collaboration initiatives.
Strong business analysis and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience developing training, educational, or knowledge management content.
Understanding of SharePoint content management and governance practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience supporting organizational change and end-user adoption programs.

Responsibilities

Coordinate Microsoft 365 user community meetings and engagement activities.
Support champion and power-user programs through communications and administration.
Create and maintain training materials, job aids, knowledge articles, and learning resources.
Manage and enhance Microsoft 365 and Copilot resource sites and content repositories.
Partner with stakeholders to identify user needs and improve adoption strategies.
Support change management and communication efforts for new features and technology rollouts.
Track, measure, and report on user adoption and engagement metrics.
