Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant to guide mid-market clients through Modern Workplace transitions, focusing on Windows 10, Enterprise Mobility and Security, and Office 365 deployments. You will design, implement, and optimize MS 365 E3/E5 stacks while advising clients and coordinating cross-region projects.

The role requires 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Office 365 apps, cloud/hybrid infrastructures, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

3-5 years of hands-on technical experience with Office 365 and across Office Collaboration products and services.
Ability to provide hands-on technical support.
Experience with cloud/hybrid infrastructures and security/compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead customers in their transition to Modern Workplace with MS 365 E3/E5 components.
Design, implement, and configure M365 E5 components for clients.
Draft SOWs and support project delivery and client adoption strategies.
