Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Senior Director of Digital Workplace to unite Collaboration, Workplace Platform, and Change Management under one leadership.

You will drive strategy, capability development, and delivery excellence across Microsoft 365, Copilot, identity, and endpoint services to deliver measurable business value for enterprise clients. The role is remote with a home office setup, supporting Microsoft Services growth and adoption across a national client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in technology services, with Microsoft practices.
• 5+ years leading managers and multi-discipline delivery groups.
• Proven ability to translate business priorities into workplace technology roadmaps.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite and security basics.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute a unified Digital Workplace direction across collaboration, platform, and change management.
• Translate investments into a SHI services roadmap and capability plan.
• Own workforce planning, capacity, and backlog alignment to delivery goals.
• Lead leaders responsible for Collaboration, Platform, and Change Management.
• Provide executive oversight for multi-workstream engagements spanning identity, endpoint, and security.
