Job summary

Littler, Kansas City, MO, seeks a Sr. Manager, Talent Business Partner to lead workforce planning, org design, and leadership development in a hybrid role. You will partner with leaders, design change programs, and drive employee relations and policy compliance.

You will analyze metrics, shape talent strategies, and support performance management while partnering with the Talent team to standardize best practices for hires, promotions, and transfers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Advanced HR degree and professional credentials preferred.
• 9+ years HR experience in professional services or legal environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Talent team and Firm to assess business needs and build leadership resources.
• Develop and deliver communication and change management plans for Talent programs.
• Provide guidance to business leadership as a trusted consultant.
• Analyze trends with Talent group to craft solutions and policies.
• Build talent growth, succession plans, and leadership development strategies.
• Support performance management practices across units and regions.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and advise management.
• Maintain knowledge of laws and policies to minimize risk and ensure compliance.
• Improve work relationships, morale, and productivity across the organization.
• Partner with Talent team to define best practices for hires, promotions, transfers.
• Help build internal processes and role definitions for talent partners.
