We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Solutions Developer to join our dynamic team. This is a technical role responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting, supporting, and implementing client-facing cloud-based applications using Microsoft 365 technologies. The Microsoft 365 Solutions Developer will collaborate with stakeholders and the firm’s Innovation group to develop innovative solutions that enhance our Microsoft 365 offerings.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Serve as a Microsoft Office 365 developer focusing on SharePoint Online and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI).
2. Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and IT teams to draft requirements and define functional specifications.
3. Design, implement, and maintain solutions according to specifications.
4. Maintain knowledge of Information Security policies related to Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies.
5. Monitor solutions to identify and resolve issues proactively.
6. Provision Microsoft 365 solutions for authorized users.
7. Implement and maintain user lifecycle processes.
8. Stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365 features, updates, and best practices.
9. Recommend and implement improvements on Microsoft 365 technologies as directed.
10. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and team members.
11. Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs and training materials.
12. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications & Prior Experience:

• Experience as a Microsoft Office 365 developer with a focus on SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements.
• Proficiency in designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions.
• Knowledge of Information Security policies related to cloud technologies.
• Experience monitoring and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Capability to provision solutions and manage user lifecycle processes.
• Commitment to staying current with Microsoft 365 updates and best practices.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to support end-users.
