Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in medical laboratory field.
• Current state licensure as required.
• Four years of experience as a Medical Technologist/MLT/Histotechnologist/Cytotechnologist.
• Preferred ASCP or AMT certification: MLS, MLT, CT, HTL.

Responsabilités

• Supervise lab areas and ensure appropriate staffing.
• Assist with staff orientation and performance appraisals.
• Coordinate specimens and reference laboratory communications.
• Maintain SOPs and safety policies.
• Monitor quality control and patient care workflows.
• Communicate with Medical Director and managers on issues.
