Qualifications

• Associate's Degree Medical Technology or related field required.
• 7 years related experience in a medical laboratory setting.
• Bachelor's Degree Medical Technology or related field preferred.
• 1 year prior supervisory experience CP-BC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations and supervision of technical staff in the laboratory.
• Appraises performance and provides regular feedback; plans and directs work.
• Ensures compliance with department, hospital, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains budgets, staffing, and cost control for the department.
• Provides training and technical guidance; collaborates with physicians and nurses.
