Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to lead a shift and guide technicians in maintaining materials handling equipment and robotic systems within a client facility. You will optimize preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and performance, including conveyors, sortation, scanners, cameras, and SCADA devices.

Responsibilities include executing maintenance plans, mentoring peers, and ensuring safety compliance while providing expert support

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with automated conveyors and controls.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with MHE safety standards per OEM and safety standards.
• Knowledge of NEC and/or industrial electronics.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with PLC programs.
• 3+ years of work order management.
• Ability to use statistical equipment to track OEE/Uptime.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and improve MHE and robotic systems across the facility.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install, troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams and control components.
• Lead and mentor work plans for emergency repairs and training.
• Create and close work orders in CMMS.
• Collaborate with client and operations teams; promote safety.
