Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician III to support the operation and maintenance of building systems at a client facility. You will lead a shift, mentor technicians, and focus on reliability and performance of conveyors, sortation systems, scanners, cameras, print and apply systems, SCADA devices, and related programs.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, safety, and collaboration with client operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with automated conveyors and controls.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with MHE safety standards and OEM guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain materials handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems across the facility.
• Lead and audit preventive maintenance procedures.
• Install and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components.
