Coldwell Banker Richard Ellis - USA is seeking a senior maintenance professional to own uptime for automated conveyors and robotic systems. You will lead safety, repairs, and preventive maintenance while coaching technicians and coordinating with support teams in a highly automated facility.

You will diagnose PLCs, relays, sensors, and drive systems, optimize OEE, and manage CMMS work orders with data integrity. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience with automated conveyors and controls.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Familiarity with NEC and industrial electronics.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics.
• Experience with PLC programs and 3+ years of work order management.
• Knowledge of OEE/uptime tracking and data-driven priorities.

Responsabilités

• Own safety practices and ensure procedures are followed.
• Repair, maintain, and improve MHE and robotic systems.
• Lead preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment reliability.
• Troubleshoot relay logic, ladder logic, control components, sensors, and actuators.
• Direct emergency repairs on critical assets; mentor technicians and build training plans.
• Administer CMMS work orders: plan, execute, document, and close with data integrity.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams to resolve issues.
