Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to lead shift operations and oversee maintenance of critical automated building systems in a high-volume facility for a major client.

You will troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and robotic systems, mentor technicians, and ensure reliability and uptime. The role requires 4+ years with conveyors/controls, PLC experience, CMMS proficiency, and knowledge of NEC safety standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years with automated conveyors and controls.
• Experience reading blueprints/schematics and PLC programs.
• Experience with CMMS and preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of NEC and electrical principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations for maintenance of critical building systems.
• Repair, maintain, and improve MHE and robotic systems.
• Install and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components.
• Develop training plans for technicians and manage work orders in CMMS.
• Promote safety and mentor junior technicians.
