Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Mechatronics and Robotics Technician to service a high-automation facility for a major online retailer. You will lead shift operations, troubleshoot complex systems, and mentor technicians while ensuring safety and reliability.

In this role you will drive maintenance strategies, manage work orders in CMMS, and collaborate with client teams to uphold safety, quality, and uptime across critical equipment. A strong background in conveyors, robotics, and PLCs is essential.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience with automated conveyors and controls.
Knowledge of electrical and electronic principles.
Experience reading blueprints and schematics.
Experience with PLC programs.

Responsibilities

Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
Repair, maintain, and improve functionality of Materials Handling Equipment (MHE) and robotic systems.
Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
Install, maintain, and solve relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, sensors, and more.
Lead and mentor work plan for emergency repair and technician training.
Build and close out work orders in CMMS.
Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
