Zusammenfassung

CBRE, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of critical building systems for a major client in a highly automated facility.

You will lead shift operations, troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, and mentor technicians to ensure reliability and uptime. You will manage preventive maintenance, work orders in CMMS, and coordination with Automation support teams.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience working with automated conveyors and controls
• Authorized to work in United States without visa sponsorship
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Experience with MHE safety standards per OEM and safety standards
• Knowledge of electrical and electronic principles, NEC, or industrial electronics
• Reading blueprints and schematics
• Experience with PLC programs
• 3+ years of work order management
• Ability to read and interpret statistical data to drive maintenance prioritization
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform standing/walking/climbing tasks

• Repair and maintain materials handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems
• Lead and audit preventive maintenance procedures
• Install and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components
• Develop work plans for emergency repairs and technician training
• Create and close out CMMS work orders
• Collaborate with Client and Operations teams
• Uphold safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
