Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Lead Technician to ensure high equipment availability across the distribution center.

You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, validate work, and mentor junior technicians while coordinating with other maintenance staff. You will operate Burlington-owned vehicles for exterior facility work and parts procurement, travel to nearby facilities as needed, and participate in Root Cause Analysis to fix systemic issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years’ experience in Mechanical or Electrical maintenance in a distribution center environment.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical aspects of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including conveyors, sortation, robotics, or ASRS.
• Troubleshoot PLC programs, components, field buses, and communications modules.
• Develop work plans with peers for emergency repair of critical assets.
• Use handheld devices to create and close Work Orders with accurate data.
