Burlington Stores, Inc. in Swedesboro, NJ is seeking a Maintenance Skilled Technician to install, maintain, and repair automated material handling equipment, ensuring high equipment availability and safety.

You will collaborate with technicians and leadership to diagnose issues and restore service quickly to support the supply chain. This mid-level role offers promotion potential to Lead Technician/Tech III.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years' maintenance experience in distribution, manufacturing, or industrial setting.
• Possess or ability to obtain a valid driver’s license.
• PC competency and ability to use mobile apps on handheld devices.
• Familiar with wiring diagrams and electrical measurement.
• Experience with work order management, preventive/predictive maintenance, industrial tools, basic carpentry/plumbing, blueprints and schematics, and industrial controls/electronics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical aspects of MHE on site, including conveyors, sortation, robotics, or ASRS.
• Adjust scanners, cameras, field buses, scales and printer applicators.
• Repair or replace components (belts, chains, cables, guides, bearings, wheels).
• Clean, lubricate, and calibrate equipment.
• Use job plans and manuals to guide work.
• Troubleshoot motors, sensors, relays, and encoders.
• Assist with basic electronics/PLC troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot industrial robots; complete work orders in asset system.
• Build positive relations across organization; maintain safety using PPE and LOTO procedures.
