Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Maintenance Lead Technician to ensure high equipment availability in a distribution center. You will lead electrical and mechanical maintenance on MHE, troubleshoot PLCs and robots, and mentor junior technicians while traveling for parts and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years’ experience in Mechanical or Electrical maintenance in a distribution center.
• Possess or ability to obtain a valid driver’s license.
• Familiar with wiring diagrams, symbols and electrical measuring.
• Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance and basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical aspects of MHE (conveyors, sortation, robotics, ASRS).
• Troubleshoot PLCs, field buses and Ethernet-based communications.
• Develop work plans for emergency repairs of critical assets.
• Configure PLC parameters and component setup; perform higher-level troubleshooting of robots.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE to maintain a safe work environment.
