Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Lead Technician for our Georgia distribution center. You will ensure high equipment availability, perform preventive/predictive maintenance, and rapidly troubleshoot issues across conveyors, robotics, and ASRS systems.

You will lead on-site troubleshooting, validate contractor work, and train junior technicians, while supporting safe operations and asset optimization. This role requires shift work Friday–Sunday daytime and lifting requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have electrical/mechanical maintenance experience in DC distribution centers.
• Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Familiarity with PLCs, robotics, and automation systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Industrial tool proficiency and welding basics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical MHE (conveyors, sortation, robotics, ASRS).
• Troubleshoot PLCs, field buses, and sensors; calibrate systems.
• Configure PLC parameters and drive performance of equipment.
• Develop work plans with peers for emergency repairs of critical assets.
• Use mobile apps to create and close Work Orders with data.
