Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Maintenance Skilled Technician to support installation, maintenance, and repair of automated material handling equipment. You will work with the team to ensure high equipment availability and rapid restoration to service in a fast-paced distribution center environment.

You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, perform preventive/predictive maintenance, and collaborate with leadership to analyze root causes and improve equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in distribution, manufacturing, or industrial setting preferred.
• Experience with automated conveyor systems and controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical aspects of MHE on site (conveyors, sortation, robotics, AS/RS).
• Adjust scanners, cameras, field buses, scales, and printer applicators.
• Perform basic electronics/PLC troubleshooting and drive root cause analysis.
