Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and operation of building systems inside a client facility. You will lead a shift, mentor technicians, and provide expert-level support for MHE and automation systems to maximize reliability and performance.

You will diagnose, repair, and optimize conveyors, scanners, cameras, and related equipment while coordinating with the client operations team and Safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and continuously improve functionality of materials handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems throughout the facility.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install, maintain, and solve relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, sensors and related equipment.
• Lead and mentor work plan for emergency repair of critical assets and training plans for Maintenance Technicians.
• Build and close out work orders in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Cultivate positive working relationships with the Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.

About the Role

In this vital role, you will support the maintenance and operation of the building systems inside a client facility. As a MaintenanceTechnician IIIyou’llbe a key leader in running a shift and providing guidance to fellow technicians andAutomation Engineersupport partners.

Yourexpertisewill beutilizedin the optimization and execution of the preventive maintenance process, with a focus on maximizing equipment reliability and operational performance of equipment such as conveyors, sortation systems, scanners, cameras, print and apply systems, SCADAdevicesand programs.

You will provide our client with expert-level support based on the technical problems related to their MHE systems.
